Who's it for

This is for you if you

This is for you if you want to

Turn scattered notes and saved posts into a clear content structure you can actually use.

Define clear rules for tone, topics, and visual direction so you spend less time on revisions, approvals, and endless proofreading.

Create copy and visual assets within one consistent workflow.

Use references as patterns to adapt, not templates to copy.

Build a practical research workflow for tracking trends, references, and competitors.

Bring scattered tools and workflows together into one clear system.

What is a content system?

A content system rests on three things: understanding what you're creating, what it needs to achieve, and what resources it takes to produce consistently. When those pieces are built into one system, strategy and production become more aligned, and each piece of content can do its job without turning the process into chaos.

The goal of this lab is to help you build a creative workflow of your own and define clear criteria for quality, so the whole process feels lighter and more sustainable.

Questions

FAQ

How does the lab work, and what does the format look like?

This isn't a lecture course. 5 online sessions of 2 hours, once a week. In the first session we get acquainted and cover the basics. Sessions 2–5: a short check-in on progress and questions, then material and hands-on practice on your own project.

Are there any technical requirements?

You'll need some experience with Claude, a basic Claude subscription ($20) and stable access to the global internet.

What tools are used?

Core stack: Claude, Obsidian, Cursor. In individual cases I can adapt to your specific tasks and constraints. For visuals you can use Canva, Figma or your own tools in any format.

Is there homework / how many hours a week?

No homework. But set aside a couple of extra hours a week to revisit the tools, practice and brainstorm. And hopefully I'll inspire you to spend more time on Pinterest.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, all sessions are recorded and you'll have access to all materials for a month after the lab ends.

What will I have by the end?

A first version of your own content system: brand brief, tone of voice, templates and workflow — plus an understanding of how to keep developing it on your own. We'll turn this into a system in Notion.

We'll also cover how to optimize trend and competitor monitoring, and if there's interest, how to turn this into a separate production flow for video scripts.

Does this work if I make content for clients, not myself?

Yes. The principles of building a content system work for personal brands and client projects alike. You can bring a real client case or work on a test one — you'll get to choose.

Do I need to already have a brand in place?

No. We build the brand layer right in the lab — from scratch, or by refining what you already have.
